Licensing repackaged into a formal four-model system (L1 Dynamic Concurrent Access, L2 Named User Seat, L3 CPU Core, L4 Anonymous External Users). DCA is now positioned as the primary/default model (95% of customers) versus previously being the secondary alternative; a new formal usage-based Anonymous External Users tier replaces what was only an informal footnote.
