This Cookie Policy explains how PricingSaaS (operated by Willingness To Pay ApS) uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels in the emails we send) when you visit pricingsaas.com or use Pulse. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember information about your visit — for example that you are signed in — so that it works properly and your next visit is easier.
Cookies we use
| Type | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Keep you signed in and remember your active team and security state. | Supabase auth session (sb-…-auth-token), CSRF/OAuth state |
| Preferences | Remember choices like light/dark theme, dismissed banners, and the last view you used. | theme, pulse-* preference keys (browser storage) |
| Analytics | Help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it — page views, feature usage, and the path visitors take. | PostHog (ph_* cookies, served through our own domain) |
| Analytics (HubSpot) | Let Willingness to Pay, the company PricingSaaS is part of, see which pages are visited and how visitors arrive, in its customer relationship system. | HubSpot (hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc), set on pricingsaas.com by HubSpot's script |
| Attribution | Remember which campaign, referral, or link brought you here so we can measure what works. | UTM parameters and referrer, stored for the session |
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow third parties to place tracking cookies on the Service for their own purposes. Product analytics events are sent through our own domain to our analytics provider and are used in aggregate. HubSpot is operated for us by Willingness to Pay and receives page views directly; it does not load on staging or preview versions of the Service.
Email tracking
Newsletter, digest, and transactional emails may include a small image or tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened or clicked. You can block images in your email client to prevent open tracking.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you refuse cookies or delete existing ones through their settings, and to clear local storage. Disabling essential cookies will sign you out and prevent parts of the Service from working. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect functionality. Browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals are honoured for analytics where supported.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
