PricingSaaS is operated by Willingness To Pay ApS (CVR 40315462, Kongensgade 68 st tv, DK-1264 Copenhagen K, Denmark), which is the data controller for the personal information described here ("PricingSaaS", "we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have when you visit pricingsaas.com, use Pulse and the Pulse agent, subscribe to our newsletter, or connect to our API or MCP server (together, the "Services").
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), and, if you sign in with Google, the profile details Google shares with us (name, email, avatar).
- Profile and team details — your company, role, the teams you create or join, the teammates you invite, and the branding or sender settings you configure.
- Content you create— workspaces and watchlists, the companies you track, digest preferences, and the questions and files you submit to the Pulse agent, together with the agent's replies and any artifacts you save or share.
- Correspondence — anything you send us by email, support form, or community channels.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, searches and agent prompts, referring URLs and UTM parameters, and the timing of your sessions.
- Device and connection data — IP address, browser and operating system, screen size, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- API and MCP activity — the API key or OAuth identity used, the endpoints or tools called, request volume, and credit usage, so we can meter, secure, and support the service.
- Email activity — whether the transactional and digest emails we send are delivered, opened, or clicked.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.
Information from other sources
When you sign up we may enrich your profile with publicly available business information about your company (for example its website, size, and industry) so we can prefill onboarding and suggest relevant companies to track. If you connect a third-party service (for example Google sign-in, a Zapier automation, or an AI assistant via MCP), we receive the information that service is authorised to share.
How we use your information
- To provide, operate, secure, and support the Services, including authenticating you and your team.
- To personalise Pulse — your workspaces, watchlists, digests, and the suggestions we show you.
- To run the Pulse agent. Your prompts, selected pricing data, and conversation history are sent to our AI model providers to generate a response. We do not use your prompts to train models, and our providers are contractually restricted from doing so.
- To send transactional email (confirmations, invitations, password resets, digests you have configured).
- To send our newsletter and product updates where you have subscribed or where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To meter API and MCP usage, enforce plan limits, and prevent abuse.
- To understand how the Services are used and improve them, using aggregated and de-identified analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
The pricing and packaging data that Pulse tracks is collected from companies' public pricing pages. It describes companies, not individuals, and is not personal information about you.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Your team. Workspaces, watchlists, and agent conversations in a shared team are visible to the other members of that team. Your name and email are visible to teammates.
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: cloud hosting and databases, authentication, AI model providers for the Pulse agent, transactional and newsletter email delivery, product analytics, customer relationship management, and customer support tooling. Each receives only what it needs to perform its service.
- Willingness to Pay. PricingSaaS is part of Willingness to Pay. If you ask for pricing consulting help through the Services, we share your request and contact details with Willingness to Pay so they can follow up.
- Public sharing you choose. If you publish a share link to an agent artifact, diff, or report, anyone with the link can view that content.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, to protect the rights, property, or safety of PricingSaaS, our users, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information).
International transfers
We are established in Denmark. Our Services are hosted by processors in the United States and the European Union, and our team operates from Europe and North America, so your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. For transfers out of the EU/EEA we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where a processor is certified under it, together with equivalent safeguards.
Data retention
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Agent conversation history stays in your account until you delete it or close your account. Usage logs and email delivery events are kept for a limited period for security and support, then aggregated or deleted. Billing records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Your rights and choices
- Access, correction, deletion. You can update your profile and team settings in the app. You can ask us to export or delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing contact@willingnesstopay.com.
- Marketing email. Unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter or product email. We will still send essential account messages.
- Cookies and analytics. See the Cookie Policy for how to manage them.
- API keys and connected apps. You can revoke API keys and MCP authorisations from your account settings at any time.
- If you are in the EU/EEA you have the rights the GDPR gives you — to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk) or the supervisory authority where you live. Depending on where you live (for example the UK or California), you may have equivalent rights. We honour these requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, row-level authorisation in our databases, hashed credentials, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and API keys confidential and tell us immediately if you believe an account or key has been compromised.
Children
The Services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app notice.
