These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pricingsaas.com, Pulse, the Pulse agent, the PricingSaaSAPI and MCP server, our newsletter, and any related services (together, the "Service") provided by Willingness To Pay ApS (CVR 40315462, Kongensgade 68 st tv, DK-1264 Copenhagen K, Denmark), the company that operatesPricingSaaS ("PricingSaaS", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes it.
The Service
Pulse tracks publicly available pricing and packaging information across thousands of software companies and presents it as a dataset, change feed, company profiles, digests, and an AI agent that analyses that data. We collect this information from public pricing pages; it belongs to the companies concerned and we make no claim to it beyond the compilation, structure, and analysis we add.
Accounts and teams
- You must provide accurate information and keep it current. One person may not maintain more than one free account.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and your API keys. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately at contact@willingnesstopay.com of any unauthorised use.
- Teams share workspaces, watchlists, and agent conversations. Team owners and admins can add and remove members; anyone you invite will see the team's shared content.
- You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Free plan and fair use
- The Service is free. There are no fees, subscriptions, or payment details to provide, and no feature is held back behind a paid tier.
- Usage is governed by allowances instead of prices: the number of companies you can track, and a credit allowance per cycle for the agent, API, and MCP server. Allowances are shown in the product and may change with notice. Credits have no cash value, reset each cycle, do not roll over unless stated, and are not transferable between accounts.
- Fair use: the Service is built for people and their assistants working through real questions, not for bulk extraction. Automated guards (for example ceilings on tool calls per minute and on pricing lookups per ten minutes, per account) may temporarily slow a runaway script; they sit far above ordinary use and are not a plan limit. Systematic scraping, resale of the dataset, or circumventing allowances or guards is a breach of these Terms and may lead to suspension.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically extract the dataset other than through the API or MCP within your plan's limits;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the dataset or substantial portions of it, or use it to build a competing pricing-data product;
- share API keys or MCP authorisations outside your team, or circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or credit metering;
- use the agent to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others' rights;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or interfere with its operation or other users' access;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate another person or company.
You may quote and cite individual data points and analysis with attribution to PricingSaaS.
API and MCP
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the API and MCP server with your keys, for your own internal use and for applications you operate, subject to the limits of your plan. API keys are minted per team; usage is metered in credits. We may suspend keys that exceed limits, show abusive traffic patterns, or violate these Terms. Interfaces may change; we will give reasonable notice of breaking changes.
The Pulse agent
The agent produces analysis using AI models and the Pulse dataset. Its output can be incomplete or wrong. It is information, not professional, legal, financial, or pricing advice, and you are responsible for decisions you make based on it. You own the prompts you submit and, as between you and us, the outputs you receive, subject to the rights of third parties in any underlying data.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (prompts, files, workspace configuration). You grant us a licence to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the Service, including to your teammates and to anyone you share a link with. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, compilations, analysis, newsletter, and podcast content, is owned by PricingSaaS or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. PricingSaaS, Pulse, Good Better Best, and Pricing Page Unpacked are our marks.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services (for example Google sign-in, AI assistants that connect via MCP, and automation platforms). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, giving notice where reasonably possible. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We track public pricing pages that change without notice and may contain errors; we do not warrant that the dataset, the agent's output, or the Service is accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PricingSaaS and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to US$100, the Service being provided free of charge.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify PricingSaaS against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence and use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform; if you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you additional protections, nothing here removes them.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms here with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
