Astronomer: adds AI-powered DAG authoring, Snowflake Marketplace, and enterprise resilience options

Astronomer added Snowflake Marketplace as a fourth purchase channel alongside AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. The Developer plan swapped SAML-based SSO, Alerting and Non-Owner Roles for AI-powered DAG authoring & debugging, and the Enterprise plan gained Remote execution agents and Cross-region Disaster Recovery (add-on).
