Caterease bundles Mosaic Payments & AI Horizon Hub into all plans free

The top-tier 'Complete' plan ($399/mo billed annually, $28/mo per additional user, positioned as 'everything Caterease offers') was removed. The plan lineup was reduced from 5 tiers to 4 (Express, Professional, Standard, Starter Pack). Mosaic Payment Processing and AI-driven Horizon Hub (live access to Caterease data from any device) now explicitly bundled into all plans at no extra charge (processing fees apply for payments).
