Cloud SIEM now states workflows triggered from security findings and signals are free (other triggers billed separately); previously 'Workflows are billed separately'.

Free monthly Bits Security Analyst investigation allotment (100 investigations, min 50) now measured per 1 TB analyzed instead of per 1 billion events

Cloud SIEM security data retention reduced from 15 months to 12 months; applies to analysis window, threat hunt/investigation scope, and indexed signal storage.

Added a guaranteed minimum of 50 free monthly Bits Security Analyst investigations, on top of the existing allotment of 100 free monthly investigations per 1 billion events. Cloud SIEM's billing metric changed from 'per million events analyzed, per month' to 'per GB analyzed, per month'. The starting price of $5 (billed annually) / $7.50 (on-demand) is unchanged.

Bits AI Security Analyst footnote updated: the 100 free monthly investigations per 1 billion events allotment now carries a minimum guarantee of 50 free monthly investigations.

Added BitsAI Security Analyst with 100 free monthly investigations per 1B events, Risk Insight Notifications, and Recorded Future integration Detection rules increased from 350+ to 800+, more than doubling pre-built security detection coverage

New Cloud SIEM capabilities added: SQL-based detections on OCSF datasets, UEBA, Risk-based insights with notifications, AI-powered investigation (verdicts, notebooks), Threat Intelligence with Recorded Future and IoC Explorer. Out-of-the-box detection rules count more than doubled from 350 to 800, reflecting expanded threat coverage maintained by Datadog's detection engineering team.
