Dosu: Business tier removed, Pro price cut to $16/mo with credits model

Business plan ($30/mo per user) eliminated and folded into Pro; Pro price dropped $20/month to $16/month (annual, $192 billed upfront); usage now metered via quantified credits (Free 20/mo, Pro 400/mo, Enterprise custom) replacing vague usage-limit wording.
