Paket for foretagare restructured and Liten+ removed from main packages. Enkel lon terms changed: the included 1 free payroll disbursement is removed. Pricing is now 39 kr per loneutbetalning (previously 0 kr/man base with 1 included disbursement and +25 kr/st for extras).
