Makeswift scraps standalone pricing, ties new tiers to BigCommerce plans

Makeswift is no longer sold standalone at published flat rates: the new Growth and Scale tiers are priced on top of the customer's BigCommerce plan (Growth 'Free, plus your BigCommerce plan'; Scale '$59/month, plus your BigCommerce plan'), replacing the old $0/$79/$299/Custom ladder. A 'With BigCommerce' / 'Makeswift Only' toggle now splits pricing into two tracks. Free, Starter ($79), Team ($299), and Enterprise plans discontinued — the entire previous four-tier lineup was retired.
