Mintlify: Custom tier becomes Enterprise, AI agent features added, SLA trimmed

Mintlify renamed its third tier from Custom to Enterprise and changed its pitch from 'Custom built packages' to 'For scaling and global teams'. The comparison table gained an AI features section - AI Credits (750 included, overages apply), Assistant, Support bot integrations, Agent skills, Writing agent, Agent workflows, External sources, and AI Translations. Enterprise dashboard members moved from Custom to Unlimited (Hobby stays at 1, Pro at 5), while the Enterprise uptime SLA was reduced from 99.999% to 99.99%. The Hobby card swapped Insights and MCP server for Custom components and LLM optimizations. Pro remains $250/month.
