Replaced single all-inclusive product (one shared feature list + optional add-ons) with a 3-tier structure - Engage, Engage Premium, Engage 360 - bundling Smart Sites and Virtual Phone (previously standalone add-ons) into the top tier
What changed
Replaced the single unified all-features-included product (one shared feature list across Universal Reach/True Two-Way/Enhanced Engagement/Admin Oversight/Paperless Workflows, with 4 optional standalone add-ons) with a 3-tier plan structure: Engage (base), Engage Premium (everything in Engage + expanded outreach, secure document delivery, community groups), and Engage 360 (everything in Premium + Smart Sites and Virtual Phone, which were previously separate add-ons now bundled into the top tier).
