Pinecone added a new 'Nexus' product (a knowledge engine for agents) to the Explore Products section of the pricing page, offered via a Request Trial CTA with no public price shown yet.

Added a new 'Egress' pricing dimension to the Database comparison table: Starter up to 1GB/mo, Builder up to 10GB/mo, Standard/Enterprise 100GB/mo included then $0.10/GB overage.

Builder plan cloud and region availability expanded from 'coming soon' to full multi-cloud support (AWS, Azure, GCP) with all available regions. Import from object storage price decreased from $1/GB to $0.25/GB for Standard and Enterprise plans (75% reduction).

New Builder plan launched at $20/month flat for solo developers and small teams, sitting between Starter and Standard. Includes increased usage limits, multi-cloud (coming soon), and Free support. Database Write and Read Units prices changed from flat rates to cloud/region-variable ranges: Write Units Standard $4 → $4-$4.50/M, Enterprise $6 → $6-$6.75/M; Read Units Standard $16 → $16-$18/M, Enterprise $24 → $24-$27/M.

Assistant Document Limit lifted to Unlimited across all plans (was 100 for Starter, 10,000/assistant for Standard/Enterprise). New Ingestion Units pricing row added: 1,000/mo included, then $0.0005/unit (or $0.001 for multi-modal). Starter plan Assistant free token allowances changed: Input Tokens decreased from 1.5M to 500k/mo; Output Tokens increased from 200k to 300k/mo.

BYOC plan features updated: support tier downgraded from Premium to Pro support; plan description changed from 'Everything in Enterprise + Deploy to private cloud' to 'Pinecone in your cloud account' with new Zero-access and Outbound-only operations bullet points.

HIPAA compliance add-on introduced for Standard plan at $190/month
