Shipperhq overhauls support tiers and renames Shipping Insights feature
What changed
Support model overhauled: Standard gets Guided Support + Setup Kickoff (was AI-Powered); Advanced gets Live Support + Setup Assistance (was AI + Human + Config Assist); Enterprise loses Same-day qualifier.
Feature renamed from 'Shipping Insights' to 'Advanced Shipment Details' across all plan tiers in both plan cards and the compare plans table.
Plan support tier label renamed from 'Self-Service' to 'Guided Self-Service', adding the 'Guided' qualifier to the Standard plan support descriptor shown above plan cards on all platform tabs.
Dimensional Packing limit for the Standard plan increased from 20 Boxes to 50 Boxes in the compare plans table. Advanced remains at 100 Boxes and Enterprise retains custom limit.
