TalentLMS adds Group Supervisor role and Learning Playground to plans

Group Supervisor role added to all paid plans, allowing supervisors to organize training and monitor learner progress for assigned groups without full admin access.

Learning Playground added to all plans as a built-in practice space for learners to rehearse conversations and apply skills. Labeled PROMO on Core and Grow plans (may move to higher plan in future).
