Thatch renames Enterprise to Custom, reveals $2,400/year minimum pricing
Enterprise plan renamed to Custom, with the Standard plan's flat '$45/employee + compliance fee starting at $25/mo' pricing replaced by an itemized calculator ('$45 x 4 employees + $50 compliance fee') and a team-size selector, and the Custom plan now discloses concrete minimum pricing (10-employee minimum, $2,400/year) instead of showing only 'Custom'. Standard also gained 'Compliance reporting (ACA, PCORI, ERISA, state mandates)' and swapped its combined AI-driven enrollment support for a new '1-on-1 benefits advising & enrollment support' line; Custom added 'Robust reporting and business services' and 'Onsite enrollment support for large employers' but dropped COBRA from its ACA compliance benefit.
