What changed
Full pricing page redesign: QBO Basic plan removed; Complete ($299/mo annual) and Complete Enterprise ($599/mo annual) plans added. QBD Enterprise replaced by Complete. Page rebuilt with new URL, navigation, and service-oriented positioning.
Books Done add-on introduced at $350/month: guaranteed monthly ecommerce reconciliation, accountant review, and monthly report. Available for Pro and Advanced plans; included in Complete and Complete Enterprise.
Onboarding support changed from $150 one-time fee (Basic plan) / Free (Pro, Advanced) to Free 1:1 onboarding for all plans. All tiers now include structured 1:1 onboarding at no extra cost.
