Surface Labs overhauls pricing: 3-tier revamp, agents move to $3,500 tier

Growth ($800/mo billed annually) and Enterprise (Custom) replaced by a 3-tier lineup: Basic $1,000/mo (no agents included), Agentic Marketing Operations $3,500/mo, and Marketing Superintelligence (Custom). Agents moved out of the entry tier into the $3,500 plan. Note: the before page defaulted to annual billing and the after page to monthly, so $800 and $1,000 are not a like-for-like comparison (Growth's monthly-billed rate was also $1,000).

Startup discount reduced from 70% off for early-stage startups to up to 60% off for pre-seed and seed teams.

Included agent action volume dropped from 20,000/month (Growth) to 15,000/month (Agentic Marketing Operations), with a new $0.20/action overage rate disclosed.
