Cust reveals $7,500/mo Enterprise price and adds $3,600 Scale tier

What changed
A new Add-ons section introduces three paid extensions that did not exist on the previous page: Shared Inbox & Ticketing at $500/mo, Custom Apps at $500/mo, and an additional data-source integration at $500 per integration.
Cust replaced per-plan protected-customer limits with a shared monthly AI credit allowance (Foundation 1,000, Growth 4,500, Enterprise 25,000 credits/mo) and repriced its tiers: Foundation's monthly rate fell from $500 to $480/mo while Growth's rose from $1,500 to $1,800/mo, with annual billing now surfaced as the headline price ($384 and $1,440/mo, 20% off).
Cust added a new Scale tier between Growth and Enterprise at $3,600/mo ($2,880/mo billed annually, $34,560/yr) including 10,000 credits per month, data warehouse context with CRM field updates, and a choice of EU or US data residency.
Foundation now includes call transcripts as a connected data source; Growth adds Slack conversations as customer context, expanding integrations available per plan.
Enterprise pricing is now public: the plan that previously showed only 'Custom' with unlimited customers is now listed at $7,500/mo ($6,000/mo billed annually, $72,000/yr) with a 25,000 credits per month allowance.
