Elevar: Full pricing restructure — repriced tiers + new Elite $3,000 tier

Order volume caps shifted (Core 2,000/mo, Advanced 10,000/mo, Premium 30,000/mo - down from Business's 50,000/mo, new Elite 75,000/mo) while overage fees rose sharply at every matching tier ($0.15->$0.50, $0.04->$0.15, $0.03->$0.10/extra order); a brand-new 'Destinations' packaging limit (2/4/10/25 by tier) with $125/mo add-on for extra destinations was introduced. Elevar overhauled its pricing model: Essentials/Growth/Business renamed and repriced to Core ($200->$225), Advanced ($450->$650), Premium ($950->$1,250); free Starter tier removed; new top Elite tier added starting at $3,000/mo. Add-on lineup also restructured with new Headless ($4,500) and API ($4,500) Expert Installation add-ons, and removal of the GA4 Tune-up and Multi-Store Plans add-ons.
