Lovable: adds Campus & Kids education offers, removes Gift cards

Added "Lovable for campus" (universities/colleges, Contact sales) and "Lovable for kids" (K-12, partnered with imagi) segment offerings. Removed the "Gift cards" section (send/purchase a gift card) from the pricing page.
