Pricing overhaul: Premium raised $12.99→$14.99/user/mo, Pro renamed Professional at $29.99/user/mo (+20%). Annual billing toggle now shows '2 months free' savings label.
Features democratized: email verification + reply detection moved to Starter (was Pro-only); email warmup + custom tracking domain moved to Premium (was Pro-only).
