Package change
Qwilr replaced 2-tier Business/Enterprise structure with 3-tier Starter ($35)/Growth ($55)/Scale ($75). Monthly billing removed; all plans now annual-only. Enterprise ($59) discontinued.
Discount change
Annual billing discount increased from 10% to 29% on base plan (Business→Starter). Monthly billing option removed; Growth and Scale are annual-only with no monthly alternative.
