Essentials plan inbound calls feature updated: 'Unlimited inbound calls (toll-free excluded)' changed to 'Unlimited calls within US & Canada *', restricting unlimited calling to US and Canada only.
AI Voice Agent add-on pricing increased: base rate from $0.14 to $0.19/min; 500-min bundle $130 to $175; 2,500-min bundle $550 to $725; pay-as-you-go rates raised from $0.37/$0.29 to $0.49/$0.39 per minute.
