HelpDesk overhauls plans: new Essential & Growth tiers meter AI
What changed
HelpDesk repackaged its plan lineup from Team ($29/user/mo annual, $34 monthly) / Business ($50/user/mo annual, $59 monthly) to Essential ($19/user/mo annual, $25 monthly) / Growth ($79/user/mo annual, $99 monthly), repositioning around AI agents and revenue. New AI-resolution metering was introduced (Essential 10 resolutions/mo, Growth 200/mo) with overage of $49.50 per 50 additional resolutions. Enterprise remains custom/contact sales.
Annual billing discount increased from 15% (save 15%) to up to 24% per user. Monthly prices are now $25/mo Essential and $99/mo Growth vs annual $19/mo and $79/mo.
